Societas Lex - Logo
Logo Design for Societas Lex, a new lawyer office in Maracaibo (Venezuela) Based on the idea of NOT using the typical Judge Icons and the hammer or the blind justice stuff. In this case was needed a diferent image, a lil bit more modern and daring but at the same time very sober and straight. So we came out with this concept inspired by its name (society Law) trying to express not only the image lawyers should have but also the idea that our society is formed by people of different types, genres, colors, ideas, sizes, origins, and so on... so the logo expresses that difference by showing people different in size or position but equal to law.The typo for this had to be alil bit more sober than the image because after all its lawyers we're talking about so the classic touch is given by the classic serif font.
